Gold Exploration Quebec - Abitibi ~2,986 hectares

The Northwind Gold Property

53 claims in Quebec's Urban-Barry Gold Camp, Abitibi Greenstone Belt - 15 km from Osisko Mining's Windfall gold deposit.

Overview

The Northwind Property is a 100%-owned gold exploration asset located in Quebec's Urban-Barry Gold Camp, within the Abitibi Greenstone Belt. The Property comprises 53 mineral claims covering approximately 2,986 hectares, positioned 15 kilometres from Osisko Mining Inc.'s Windfall gold deposit - one of Canada's largest undeveloped high-grade gold projects.

The Abitibi Greenstone Belt is one of the most productive gold districts globally, having produced more than 200 million ounces of gold to date. Northwind sits within the Urban-Barry sub-belt, approximately 15 km from the Windfall gold deposit.

Bolt has no interest in the Windfall deposit. Mineralization on adjacent or nearby properties is not necessarily indicative of mineralization on the Company's property.

Geological Setting

The Property is underlain by Archean greenstone-belt lithologies typical of the Abitibi sub-province - mafic and ultramafic volcanic rocks, sedimentary horizons, and felsic intrusive bodies - with structurally controlled gold mineralization styles broadly comparable to those documented elsewhere in the Urban-Barry camp.

Bolt Metals's exploration program is designed to test structural and geophysical targets generated from the 2025 induced polarization (IP) survey and the 2026 MobileMT airborne survey, with the objective of confirming gold-bearing structures consistent with the broader greenstone-hosted lode gold model that characterizes the Abitibi Belt.

Exploration Progress

Bolt Metals has advanced a staged, geophysics-driven exploration program at Northwind, building a target framework from ground and airborne surveys ahead of first-pass drilling.

  • Induced Polarization (IP) survey (October 2025): Completed across 5 grids, totaling approximately 11.125 line-kilometres of coverage, identifying 8 primary anomalies as targets for follow-up.
  • MobileMT airborne survey (May 2026): Completed a 402 line-km MobileMT (airborne electromagnetic and magnetic) survey over the Property to refine the geophysical target framework.
  • Geological compilation: Historical exploration data compiled and re-interpreted against the IP and MobileMT geophysical results.

Planned Work

A maiden drill program is planned at Northwind, subject to permitting and financing, to test the highest-priority anomalies generated from the IP and MobileMT surveys. Planned activities include:

  • Integration and interpretation of the IP and MobileMT datasets to prioritize drill targets.
  • A maiden diamond drill program testing priority anomalies for gold-bearing structures, subject to permitting and financing.
  • Detailed geological mapping and structural interpretation.
  • Continued compilation of historical data to refine target generation.
